I went to see a movie here, and the auditorium was freezing the entire time. I kept my jacket on, but I still felt cold, so it was hard to really enjoy the film. A few people sitting near us looked uncomfortable too. I understand theaters can be a little chilly, but this felt like too much. it was not a great experience

It’s not bad overall, but I do feel like it could use a few more options. If you’re checking it out, it’s worth giving it a try, but just know the selection might feel a little limited depending on what you’re looking for.

I showed up early thinking I was being smart, but somehow still ended up stuck in this absurd line forever just trying to get tickets and snacks. It ruined my mood before the movie even started. The staff looked completely overwhelmed, but at some point that’s on the theater for not having enough people working or a better system. The place itself is fine, but this was ridiculous and totally preventable. If you’re in any kind of hurry, don’t bother

It was kind of an average vibe. Nothing was terrible, but nothing really stood out either. A few things felt a bit off, some of it seemed preventable with a little more attention.

I tried booking tickets online, and the site kept freezing right when I got to checkout. It did eventually go through, so I’ll give it that, but the whole process was slower and more frustrating than it probably needed to be.

I was just trying to check movie times, but the website make it way harder than it should. Showtimes are buried in weird spots, and the pages loads all strange on my phone. Kind of annoying when you just want quick info.

I was really disappointed with the movie quality. Most of the scenes were blurry and so dark that it was hard to tell what was even happening. I feel like being able to clearly see the movie is a basic thing to expect, so it was frustrating that this seemed completely ignored.

I went here sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, and the tickets felt way too expensive for what you actually get. I left thinking I probably wouldn’t pick this place for a movie again unless prices changed or there was some kind of deal...

It was comfy enogh for the most part, but it did feel kinda cramped. Not a huge deal, just wish there was a little more room.

I like coming here, but the popcorn prices are starting to hurt. I get that snacks are always a little pricey, but it’s getting to the point where I’m thinking about skipping concessions altogether or just going somewhere else next time.

Bought my tickets online thinking it would be quicker. Nope. Got to Williamsburg Cinemas and still had to stand in this slow line just to pick them up. The kiosk wasn’t clear. Staff seemed annoyed. Nobody really seemed to know where online ticket people were supposed to go. By the time I finally got them, the previews had already started. Not a huge disaster. Just annoying. Like, what’s the point of buying ahead if pickup is still this messy?

There was no parking available, so I ended up missing the start of the movie. It was kinda super annoying and definitely put a damper on the whole experience.
